This project is for the development of a 5 Story office complex in Windhoek. It is an extension of an existing office complex built on a parking lot raised on columns. Ground and first floor were left for parking with the upper 3 floors making offices. The building boasts of a contemporary style with large glass expanses, aluminium cladding and shading devices. The central part of the building features an atrium that passively cools the building.
